Can you help me find a certain poster?

Yes of course, just send us a reference image and we'll see if we can source it for you.

Can you print my artwork?

Yes we can!

Just send us your high resolution file (jpeg or similar) once you've checked out and we'll do the rest.


Do you have a warranty on your products?
Absolutely, as these are premium posters and we want you to be totally happy with your artwork. We offer a 30 day absolute guarantee that the poster will be perfect and a 1 year guarantee against any fading or cracking. Any damage caused by the buyer can't be guaranteed. With proper care your poster should outlast you.


Do you have buyer protection?
Yes we do, just like eBay we offer buyer protection. This means you can have trust in our ability to deliver what we promise.


How do I get a debit card and are they safe?
You can get a debit card from basically any bank these days and it makes it a lot easier and safer to do online shopping, as you can put a certain amount of money on the debit card and if anyone steals it or tries to overcharge you, they can only spend what you put on the card. And unlike credit cards there's usually no fees and absolutely no interest to pay back. If someone gets hold of your Paypal account they can drain your account and the bank account you attach to it. 


How do I know where my parcel is?
All items are shipped with tracking numbers so if your item gets lost or is late we can check it for you.


How do you ship the posters?
All posters are shipped in tough rigid mailing tubes to insure your item arrives in perfect condition.


How long will shipping take?

All items will be shipped in one business day once payment is made. 

Please allow 3-6 working days for shipping in Australia and 10-25 working days for international.

The express option is always going to be much faster, so always choose it if you need the item soon. Make sure to take into account public holidays.

My item got damaged what do I do!

This unfortunately happens, but very rarely.  We will always work with you to fix these problems as we want you to be totally satisfied with your product.

First you have to take photos of the item and the packaging. Then you must go to your local post office with the item, packaging and receipt from us and file a damaged item form.

They must refund you if they are found to be at fault. We would make the claim for you, but the receiver must make the claim.


If this doesn't work contact us and we'll step in to fix it for you.



My item hasn't arrived what can you do?

After 10 working days if your item has not arrived there are some things you can do. First you should contact your local post office and give them your tracking number to check where the item is. A lot of the time the item has been delivered and you weren't home so the item sits at the post office waiting for you. You must collect it as soon as possible because it will be returned to us and you'll have to pay another shipping charge for us to ship it back to you, so please make sure to check your post office first.

If your item is lost then we will open a lost item claim with our postal service, they will do an investigation and find the lost item asap. If the item can't be found then they will refund us and well will send out a new item for you.

Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

What's the quality of the posters?

All posters are premium quality, printed on 190+ gsm satin photo paper with archival inks that have an indoor fade resistance of 200+ years, yes 200+ years!

Basically all other poster shops print on cheap paper that tears straight away and will fade over time. You really get what you pay for.
