Delivery Information and times
All items will be shipped in one business day once payment is received.
Please allow 3-6 working days for shipping in Australia and 10-25 working days for international.
You will receive a tracking number to track your parcel, please use this before contacting us to save time. You should be able to enter this into your national postal services tracking section. If this doesn't work please contact your national postal service and give them the tracking number.
After the 25 working days if your item has not arrived there are some things you can do. First you should contact your local post office and give them your tracking number to check where the item is. A lot of the time the item has been delivered and you weren't home so the item sits at the post office waiting for you. You must collect it as soon as possible because it will be returned to us and you'll have to pay another shipping charge for us to ship it back to you, so please make sure to check your post office first.
Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
The quality of your shipment is our priority. All our posters are packaged in tough mailing tubes. These are the best for shipping as they are the hardest to crush and bend. Making sure your item arrives in perfect condition.
If your item is damaged in transit you can make a claim against your national postal service. Make sure to take a photo of the damage, then take the item, parcel and your receipt to the post office and fill out a damage report. They must refund you. If you can't do that, we have had good success with ironing creases out of our posters because the paper is high quality. Just put the iron on the lowest setting and put paper between both sides of the poster and iron the back with good pressure. Make sure the surface you're doing it on is flat and stable.
